Online Membership Application
We have high expectations for our members as those who are:
1. committed to both Christ and our church family
2. serious about growing to spiritual maturity
3. and who serve in ministry and mission
We want people to make a conscious decision to join our church and have a meaningful and long-lasting membership. By having high expectations we believe that our members will be more participatory and better informed.
The membership process is as follows:
1. Transfer membership by letter of intent or
2. Initiate membership by filling out a Membership Intent Form and fulfilling all requirements: profession of
faith in Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior, baptized as a believer and desiring to live in keeping
with the spirit of the covenant, policies and practices of this church.
3. Attend a New Members Class
4. Have a member from the Membership Team give them a Membership brochure that includes Getting
Connected Book, Bylaws, Directory and answer any questions.
5. Schedule their participation in a Membership Ceremony which includes a responsive reading, membership
signing and honoring reception.
6. Participate in the work of the church according to their spiritual gifts and passions.
